The diamond looked a bit duller than I was expecting under normal indoor lighting. It’s not terrible, but I thought it would have more sparkle in everyday light.

The sales consultant was super patient with me and answered all my tiny questions without making me feel rushed. I also appreciated that they weren’t pushy at all, which made the whole process way less stressful. Even the follow-up email and receipt were clear and easy to keep track of. Overall, picking out a ring felt a lot easier than I expected.

The craftsmanship seems okay overall, but when it arrived, the setting looked a little uneven to me, if that makes sense. It’s not terrible, just not quite as clean as I was expecting.

Overall, my experience was fine, but I really wish the pricing had been shown upfront. It would’ve made things feel a lot more straightforward, and a little less frustrating, before getting too far into the process.

The ring does look good in person, and I don’t regret buying it. The weird part is, for the price, I just expected it to feel a little higher quality. It’s not bad at all, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best value either.

Thankfully, the ring showed up exactly as I picked it online, the size was correct, and the engraving had no mistakes at all. The packaging looked really nice too, and nothing was missing. I think other customers would probably appreciate how accurate the order was, especially if they’re buying something meaningful as a gift. I’m giving 4 stars only because the shipping updates were a bit slow, but the actual ring and order were spot on

I ordered a custom setting because the options on the site looked really and I was excited about making it feel a little more personal. The final piece was nice, but getting there was kind of frustrating. Replies were slow, and I found myself repeating the same details more than once, which got old fast, especially since I was checking my email constantly like a weirdo during lunch breaks. When it finally arrived, one small change wasn’t done the way I had asked. To be fair, they did try to help and weren’t rude or anything, but for the price, I expected the process to feel a lot smoother and less like I had to keep chasing things down. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as polished as I hoped

I had an in-store appointment and thought the experience would be a lot better. The showroom itself was nice, but the person helping us seemed rushed and didn’t really seem interested in answering all my questions. I also asked to see a few more options, which felt like a basic request, but it was kind of brushed off. It made me feel awkward for even asking. The site felt a little too polished and cold for my taste, haha. Everything looked kind of beige and plain, and after a while it all started to feel the same. I was expecting jewelry photos to get me excited, but the overall design just didn’t really pull me in.

I tried to exchange a ring for a different size, the whole process was kind of a joke. Replies took days, like they had no clue how customer service is supposed to work, and after all that waiting, I still had to pay extra. Disappointing experience...

I wasn’t totally sure how well they’d communicate, but they did keep me updated well. I can’t complain too much on that part.

I really loved this, the fit was just a little tight on me. Still happy with it overall, I’d just maybe size up next time.
