I also appreciated that they weren’t pushy at all, which made the whole process way less stressful. Even the follow-up email and receipt were clear and easy to keep track of. Overall, picking out a ring felt a lot easier than I expected.

The craftsmanship seems okay overall, but when it arrived, the setting looked a little uneven to me, if that makes sense. It’s not terrible, just not quite as clean as I was expecting.

The ring does look good in person, and I don’t regret buying it. The weird part is, for the price, I just expected it to feel a little higher quality. It’s not bad at all, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best value either.

I ordered a ring from Ring Concierge and I’m really happy with it. The stones look clean and sparkly, and the setting feels sturdy instead of flimsy or cheap. There was a small scratch on the box, but the ring itself is what matters, and that looked great. Overall, it feels like a solid purchase and I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.

I ordered a ring from ringconcierge.com as a gift, and I was a little nervous about everything being right. Thankfully, the ring showed up exactly as I picked it online, the size was correct, and the engraving had no mistakes at all. The packaging looked really nice too, and nothing was missing. I think other customers would probably appreciate how accurate the order was, especially if they’re buying something meaningful as a gift. I’m giving 4 stars only because the shipping updates were a bit slow, but the actual ring and order were spot on

I ordered a custom setting because the options on the site looked really and I was excited about making it feel a little more personal. The final piece was nice, but getting there was kind of frustrating. Replies were slow, and I found myself repeating the same details more than once, which got old fast, especially since I was checking my email constantly like a weirdo during lunch breaks. When it finally arrived, one small change wasn’t done the way I had asked. To be fair, they did try to help and weren’t rude or anything, but for the price, I expected the process to feel a lot smoother and less like I had to keep chasing things down. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as polished as I hoped

"Felt rushed during my appointment"
I had an in-store appointment and thought the experience would be a lot better. The showroom itself was nice, but the person helping us seemed rushed and didn’t really seem interested in answering all my questions. I also asked to see a few more options, which felt like a basic request, but it was kind of brushed off. It made me feel awkward for even asking. It wasn’t a terrible visit, but for such a big purchase, I really expected more time, attention, and patience.
